Exchange Policy
At ROCCO, we strive to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their purchase. Our exchange policy is designed to provide a simple and hassle-free experience should you need a different size, color, or product.
1. Eligibility for Exchanges
1.1 Conditions for Exchange
Exchanges are accepted within:
- 3 days of delivery for orders within Chittagong City.
- 7 days of delivery for orders outside Chittagong City.
To be eligible for an exchange:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.
- The product must not show any signs of wear, damage, stains, or alteration.
The following items are not eligible for exchange:
- Products purchased during clearance, promotional, or sale campaigns.
- Customized or personalized products.
- International orders.
1.2 Exchangeable Items
Eligible products may be exchanged for:
- A different size (subject to availability).
- A different color of the same product (subject to availability).
If the requested size or color is unavailable, customers may exchange the item for another ROCCO product of equal value. If the replacement product has a higher value, the price difference must be paid by the customer.
2. Exchange Process
2.1 How to Request an Exchange
To request an exchange, please contact our customer support team and provide:
- Your order number.
- The item(s) you wish to exchange.
- The preferred size, color, or replacement product.
- The reason for the exchange.

2.2 Next Steps
- Our team will review your request and confirm eligibility.
- You will receive instructions on how to return the product.
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your exchange and dispatch the replacement item.
3. Shipping and Fees
3.1 Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of returning the item for exchange.
- ROCCO will cover the shipping cost of delivering the exchanged item back to the customer within Bangladesh.
3.2 Free Exchange for Defective or Incorrect Items
If the exchange is required due to:
- A manufacturing defect.
- A damaged product upon delivery.
- An incorrect item sent by ROCCO.
We will cover all shipping costs associated with the exchange.
4. Non-Exchangeable Items
4.1 Exclusions
The following items cannot be exchanged:
- Customized or personalized products.
- Sale, clearance, or promotional items.
- Products showing signs of wear, damage, washing, or alteration.
- Products returned without original packaging and tags.
