1. Return & Exchange Policy

1.1 Eligibility for Return or Exchange

Customers may request a return or exchange within:

  •  2-3days of delivery for orders within Chittagong City.
  •  3-4days of delivery for orders outside Chittagong City.

To qualify for a return or exchange, the product must:

  • Be unused and unworn.
  • Be in its original condition.
  • Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
  • Show no signs of damage, stains, or alteration.

1.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

  • Products purchased during special promotions, clearance sales, or discount campaigns.
  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.

1.3 Return Shipping Charges

  • Customers are responsible for return and exchange shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • Shipping charges paid during the original purchase are non-refundable.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only issued for approved returns that meet the conditions outlined in this policy.

2.2 Refund Method

Refunds will be processed through the original payment method whenever possible, including:

  • bKash
  • Nagad
  • Bank Transfer

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bKash, Nagad, or bank transfer.

2.3 Refund Processing Time

Once your returned product has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Any applicable return shipping fees may be deducted from the refund amount unless the return is due to an error by ROCCO.


3. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process your claim, please provide:

  • Your order number.
  • Clear photos of the product.
  • A brief description of the issue.

After verification, ROCCO will:

  • Cover all return shipping costs.
  • Arrange a replacement product, or
  • Issue a full refund, including shipping charges where applicable.
